This ensures they deliver safe, reliable and modern customer services, with Customer Voice being central to all that they do. Her role entails overseeing all customer facing activities and service delivery.

Jean is focused on delivering great service and strengthening the culture of putting customers at the heart of everything they do, driving consistency across the operational teams optimising how they work, and ensuring that we’re organised in the best way possible to deliver the best service to the customers.
