Chara Farquharson-Catchlove

Chara Farquharson-Catchlove is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in construction management and project oversight. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at CCAD LLC since June 2021, Chara specializes in BIM coordination and MEPF drafting for complex projects. Previously, Chara was a Project Manager at Murray Company, responsible for the development of process piping scopes for a microchip manufacturing facility, and held a similar role at AECOM Hunt, overseeing MEP management for the Coachella Valley Arena. Chara's career also includes significant roles at Jfn Mechanical, where project management encompassed mechanical, electrical, and plumbing projects, and an internship at Godwin A. Cargill and Associates Ltd. Chara holds a Master of Science in Construction Management from Arizona State University, a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Arkansas, and an Associate of Science in Architecture from the University of The Bahamas.
