Austen Hoenig has a diverse work experience in both customer care and account management. They started in 2018 as a Customer Care Representative at CCB Technology before transitioning to the role of National Account Manager. They have since been promoted to Team Lead in this position. Austen also has experience as a Warehouse Associate at Uline, starting in December 2017 and ending in June 2018.
