Cindy Anastasi

Cindy Anastasi has extensive experience as a Human Resources Director. Cindy currently holds this position at PhoenixNAP and CCBill, starting in 2018. Prior to that, Cindy worked as the Group Human Resources Manager at Tangiers Group from 2017 to 2018. Cindy also previously held the role of Human Resources Director at PhoenixNAP and CCBill from 2006 to 2017. Before joining PhoenixNAP and CCBill, Cindy served as a Human Resources and Training Executive at InterContinental Hotels Group from 2002 to 2006.

Cindy Anastasi's education history begins in 1992 when they obtained a Diploma in Rooms Division Management from the Institute Of Tourism Studies in Malta. This diploma focused on Front Office & Housekeeping Operations. Following this, from 1996 to 1999, Cindy attended the University of Malta and earned a Bachelor of Psychology degree.

In recent years, Cindy pursued further education in the coaching field. From 2021 to 2022, they attended Barefoot Coaching Ltd and completed a PGCert in Business & Personal Coaching, specializing in Personal and Business Coaching. In 2023, they continued their coaching studies at Barefoot Coaching Ltd with the completion of the Team Coaching Practitioner Programme, focusing on Team Coaching.

In addition to their degrees and certificates, Cindy also obtained various certifications. In 2023, they received the Team Coaching Practitioner Programme certification from Barefoot Coaching Ltd. In the same year, they also earned the ICF Member Badge from the International Coaching Federation. In 2022, Cindy obtained the PGCert in Business & Personal Coaching certification from Barefoot Coaching Ltd, and in 2021, they obtained the ICF Member Badge from the International Coaching Federation.
