Ken Evans has over 25 years of experience in engineering, project management, and training within the industrial process control sector. Presently serving as a Training & Development Engineer and Project Manager at Compressor Controls Corporation since May 1998, Ken excels in delivering technical presentations and control system training while leading initiatives that improve project execution and communication. Previous roles include Engineering Team Lead, where Ken managed a significant portfolio of projects and developed certification programs for new engineers, and Process Improvement Leader, significantly reducing project lead times and drafting hours. Ken's background also includes engineering roles at Fluid Technology Corporation, where custom process control systems were engineered for major clients, and earlier positions in customer service and management. Ken holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Arizona State University and has participated in various professional development programs.
