Diana Alcoser

Diana Alcoser has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the HR Lead Benefits Specialist at CCC Group, Inc. since January 2017, where responsibilities include administering benefit programs and workers' compensation. Previously, Diana held various roles such as Sr. HR Specialist, focusing on employee relations and corrective action plans, and HR Business Partner at Deacon Recruiting, managing relations for over 30 contract employees. Diana's HR career began at Earthbound Trading Company, where roles included HR Assistant/Recruiter, Store Manager, and District Assistant, providing guidance on performance issues and policy interpretations. Diana holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Development and a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources from the University of the Incarnate Word.
