Karyn Stonis

Karyn Stonis has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Karyn began their career at RSA The Security Division of EMC as a Programmer Analyst and went on to become a Business Analyst and Senior Business Analyst. Karyn then served as the Business Operations Manager, leading a large cross-functional project team for the implementation of Salesforce. At Progress Software, Karyn held the positions of Sr. Manager, Global Sales Operations and Director, Global Sales Operations. Karyn was responsible for streamlining operations, implementing a global support process, and launching process improvements. Karyn joined HubSpot as a Director of Business Operations and later became the Vice President in the same department, where they led various initiatives such as CRM portal integration and expanding the BSA team. Most recently, Karyn worked at Wishroute as the Head of Operations, focusing on customer onboarding and success, product management strategy, analytics, and team management. Currently, they are the Vice President of Business Operations at CCC Intelligent Solutions.

Karyn Stonis has a diverse education background. Karyn obtained their MBA in Strategy & Business Analysis from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, they earned a Graduate Certificate in Project Management from Boston University in 2005 and 2006. Karyn Stonis also holds a BS in Business Administration with a focus on Management Information Systems from Northeastern University, which they completed from 1996 to 2001. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Salesforce.com Certified Administrator from Salesforce.com in 2008.
