Manoo Assa

Manoo Assa is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in DevOps and IT consulting. Currently serving as the DevOps/AIOps Manager at CCC Intelligent Solutions since June 2017, Manoo has led the development of the One AI Platform, facilitating AI service utilization for users by integrating identity management and authorization systems. Previous roles include spearheading a Cloud Self-service Portal that significantly reduced organizational cloud costs and earning recognition for outstanding internal product development. Earlier experience includes positions as a Graduate Assistant at the Illinois Institute of Technology, where content management was enhanced using Drupal and PHP, and as an IT Consultant for Sina Cable Co. and Minex Group Co., focusing on web application development and network system maintenance, respectively. Manoo holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology Management from Illinois Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Software Engineering from Amirkabir University of Technology.
