Sina Fathi-Kazerooni

Sina Fathi-Kazerooni has a diverse work experience in the field of data science and technology. They began their career as a DevOps Intern at CCC Intelligent Solutions in 2019. Later, in 2020, they joined Insight Data Science as a Data Science Fellow. At CCC Intelligent Solutions, they held multiple roles, including Lead Data Scientist and Senior Data Scientist, where they mentored junior data scientists and improved team efficiency. Sina also pursued their PhD at the New Jersey Institute of Technology, where they conducted research on various topics, such as user privacy, network traffic analysis, and optimization techniques for communications systems. They also worked as a Teaching Assistant during their PhD studies. Overall, Sina's experience showcases their proficiency in data science, machine learning algorithms, and their ability to mentor and lead teams.

Sina Fathi-Kazerooni completed a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Computer Networks from New Jersey Institute of Technology between 2016 and 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Computer Networks from the same institution, completing it between 2014 and 2016. Before pursuing their Master's degree, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Shiraz University in 2014. Sina Fathi-Kazerooni also holds a High School Diploma from the National Organization for Development of Exceptional Talents (Sampad). In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications, including one in Deep Reinforcement Learning from Udacity in 2023, and various certifications in data analysis, Excel, Python, and SQL from Microsoft, obtained between 2016 and 2018. Sina also holds a Young Photographer Certificate from the Iranian Youth Cinema Society, obtained in 2013.
