Silvia Piccolo

Silvia Piccolo currently serves as an HR Project Accelerator & Digital Transformation Advisor at ccelera since October 2021. Prior to this role, Silvia held various positions at Lagardère Travel Retail from January 2008 to October 2021, including Head of People Development & CSR, HR Development Manager during an international temporary assignment, and Organizational Development Manager. Earlier experience includes roles at Airest S.p.a. as Training & Development Specialist and Food & Beverage Department Intern from June 2004 to December 2007. Silvia's educational background includes a Master in Digital HR from Talent Garden in 2021, an MA in Tourism Management & Economics from Università Ca'​ Foscari Venezia (2003-2004), and a degree in Languages & Literatures from both Università Ca'​ Foscari Venezia (1999-2003) and the University of Warwick (2001-2002). Additional training includes coursework at CUOA Business School and Galgano formazione.
