Sezgin Ozbilgin

Sezgin Ozbilgin is an experienced professional in project controls and delay expert services, currently serving as the Head of Delay Expert Services for Asia at Rimkus since July 2023. Previous roles include Director, Associate Director, Manager, and Senior Associate at Secretariat from May 2014 to July 2023. Sezgin's career began with positions at Yapi Merkezi and Sistem Yapi Construction as a Project Controls Engineer, followed by roles at ENKA and ACE as a Planning and Scheduling Engineer and Project Controls Manager, respectively. Sezgin started in the field as a Site Engineer at SAMKO INTERNATIONAL CO. W.L.L. and briefly worked as a Merchandise Processor at Ross Stores, Inc. Sezgin holds a Master's degree in Transportation and Highway Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Istanbul Technical University.
