Martha Brown

Martha Brown has over 20 years of leadership experience in fiscal and operational management. She has served as Executive Director for a non-profit organization serving people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and held other leadership roles in the areas of public policy work at the county, state and national levels, with additional work in program development, strategic planning and implementation.

Mrs. Brown has served as the President and Public Policy Chair for the Maryland Association of Community Services and a member of several Maryland advisory groups dedicated to strengthening the support for people living with disabilities.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Saint Louis University.
