Danielle Horn

Danielle Horn, MSODL, is a seasoned professional in organizational development and education with extensive experience across various roles. Currently serving as the Coaching Operations Manager at CCI Consulting since May 2024, Danielle previously contributed as a Teaching & Graduate Assistant at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, where collaboration on graduate courses and event coordination were key responsibilities. As a Freelance Organizational Development Consultant, noteworthy achievements include developing a strategic plan for a non-profit focused on inclusivity. Previous positions include Program Director at Repair the World, where 450 service and educational programs engaged over 6,000 participants, and roles at The Coding Space, where project-based coding lessons were taught. Danielle holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Development and Leadership from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and a Bachelor’s degree in Middle School Math and Science Education from the University of Maryland.
