Karen is an innovative talent development and human resources leader, with over 20 years of experience in a broad range of industries including Technology, Energy and Manufacturing. As Vice President of Consulting at CCI Consulting, Karen harnesses her extensive leadership development, assessment and coaching background to equip senior leaders and their teams; accelerating their capabilities, enabling them to anticipate and intercept the demands in today’s complex business environment.

Known as an innovator who “gets it done,” she utilizes her expertise in building talent, elevating employee engagement and strengthening organizational culture. She quickly develops relationships of trust and mutual respect, fostering a collaborative and productive environment. Karen engages with clients to uncover their personal strengths, passions, and purpose; creating successful strategies to navigate the next steps in their professional journey.

In addition to her focus on leading the Executive and Leadership Coaching program at CCI; she also oversees the Career Transition Practice and is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations to ensure the delivery of world-class services & solutions to CCI’s Career Transition clients. Karen is committed to helping those in career transition find their passion, equip them for a successful search, and to find the next opportunity. She has served as an active volunteer & transition coach in a regional non-profit jobseeker’s support organization for the past decade.

Karen holds a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Development from Villanova University, which she pursued after relocating to Pennsylvania from Northern California. She also holds a bachelor’s degree from New Mexico State University. In addition to his corporate experience, Karen is a long-time member of several professional Human Resources associations including the Philadelphia Society for People and Strategy; where she has served on programming and membership committees, as well as co-author and white paper editor for a PSPS sponsored initiative to identify emerging trends in Human Capital Management.

She maintains a number of professional certifications including SHRM-CP, HRCI-PHR, Prosci Change Management Practitioner. In addition, she is certified to deliver Hogan Assessments, The Birkman Method Assessments and Korn Ferry Leadership Styles and Organizational Climate.
