Kathleen Teehan has over 20 years of work experience in various roles. Kathleen worked as a Senior Sales Manager at Progressive Gourmet from June 1997 to January 2006. Kathleen then joined The Predictive Index as a Senior Consultant in January 2006 and worked there until March 2017. In April 2017, they joined ClearRock, Inc. as a Senior Vice President of Talent Consulting.

Kathleen Teehan completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Niagara University, which lasted from 1984 to 1988. In 2007, they pursued a sales training program called "Customer-Focused SellingTM Sales Training," where they obtained the title of CFS Sales Trainer. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications: EQ-i 2.0 from MHS Assessments in June 2018, Predictive Index Certified Practitioner from The Predictive Index in January 2006, and PI Talent Optimization Consultant from Talent Optimization by The Predictive Index in March 2019.
