Jacques Ortega

Jacques Ortega is an experienced professional in business development and customer service management, currently serving as the Business Development Director at Cylande China since June 2006 and the IT & Telecom Workgroup Coordinator for CCI France International since October 2014. Prior roles include Head of Customer Services at Vio Worldwide, Account Director at WatchMark-Comnitel, and various positions at Orange Business Services and France Telecom. Jacques holds a Master's degree in International Business, Sales and Marketing from EM Strasbourg Business School and has also participated in an Erasmus Exchange Programme at the University of Bradford School of Management.
