Earl Robin King has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Earl Robin is currently the Head of Operations: Financial Services & Insurance at CCI South Africa, where they ensure the successful delivery of operational targets and monitors performance against operating rhythm. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Human Capital Business Partner International (Financial Services: Banking & Insurance) at CCI South Africa.

Before joining CCI, Earl worked at Wits Health Consortium as the Senior Human Resources Manager: Projects and Partnerships, where they developed and maintained external professional networks and provided leadership across project teams.

Earlier in their career, Earl held multiple roles at African Bank, including Regional Human Resources Business Partner, Human Resources Business Partner, Sales Centre Manager, and Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. In these roles, they acted as a strategic advisor, facilitated talent and performance management, and enabled the recruitment and development of talent.

Earl Robin began their career at TECHNOPARK PERSONNEL GROUP (PTY) LTD as a Recruitment Consultant and later became a Senior Recruitment Consultant. Earl Robin also gained marketing communications experience at Petrogas, where they served as a Marketing Communications Consultant and intern.
