Nigel Metcalfe

Nigel Metcalfe has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several companies. Nigel started their career at Aviva in 2005, where they held roles as the Senior Customer Service Manager and Customer Experience Manager. Nigel then worked at Ageas in the UK, Mercer, and Aon Hewitt, where they held various management positions related to customer relations and change management. Nigel also served as the Head of Outsourcing / Vendor Management at XLN | for small business and as the Head of Operational Excellence at Volkswagen Financial Services. Currently, they are the Director of Operations at CCI South Africa.

Nigel Metcalfe attended the University of Portsmouth from 2005 to 2008, earning a degree in Business and Management with a focus on Business Administration and Management.
