McKayla Flach Pe, Bd-C

McKayla Flach, PE, LEED BD-C, is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience at CCI Mechanical, Inc., where McKayla has held various roles since June 2013, including Engineering Manager, Design Engineer Lead, Design Engineer, and Design Engineer Intern. Prior to this, McKayla served as Acro Director and Dance/Tumbling Instructor at Synergy Dance Academy from August 2010 to May 2022. McKayla holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Utah, obtained between 2013 and 2017.
