Layla Poveda

Layla Poveda is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the fields of communications and marketing. Currently serving as COO and Director of Quality at Comunicación Corporativa - Ketchum since January 1997, Layla has held various leadership roles, including Account Leader and VP for Central America at Ketchum. Recently, Layla assumed the position of President at the Cámara Comunidad de Empresas de Comunicación Comercial de Costa Rica in February 2024. Prior experience includes a marketing role at McDonald's Costa Rica from 1995 to 1996. Layla holds an MBA in Strategic Planning and Administration from Aden Business School (2012-2014) and a Licenciatura in Communications Public Relations from Universidad de Costa Rica (1991-1996).
