Martin Bull is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in risk management and operational leadership. Currently serving as a Board Member and Senior Advisor at CCL Coaching Centred Leadership since August 2020, Martin focuses on fostering company values and employee well-being amidst challenging times. Prior to this role, Martin worked at SANNE from May 2018 to January 2020 as Director of Enterprise Risk, leading risk assessments and policy frameworks. Martin's tenure at the Royal Bank of Scotland spanned over a decade with positions including Head of Controls and Global Head of Control & Data Services, where responsibilities included managing a large team and implementing data quality strategies. Earlier experience includes managing UK Trade Operations at RBS and project management at Nationwide Building Society. Martin holds an HND in Business Studies from Middlesex University and a diploma from Luton College of Higher Education.
