Matthew Tart

Matthew Tart is a Principal Scientist at CCL Solutions Group Ltd, where since October 2010, expertise has been applied in delivering opinion evidence within Cell Site Analysis while overseeing service evolution, research, and implementation of advanced techniques. Prior experience as a Senior Forensic Scientist at the Forensic Science Service from July 1993 to October 2010 included the development of a cellsite analysis service and serving as an Expert Witness Course Tutor. Matthew Tart holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Applied Physics and a PhD in Forensic Inference from Telecommunication Records, both from Coventry University. Additionally, Matthew Tart is engaged in public speaking activities, delivering lectures to law enforcement, academia, and the forensic community.
