Wieler Brian

Wieler Brian is an experienced culinary professional with a focus on management and leadership roles in the food service industry. Currently serving as Project Manager at Compass Community Living since September 2022, Wieler also holds the position of General Manager and District Chef at Unidine, and has been an Executive Chef at Compass Group since April 2019. Previous roles include various executive chef positions at notable establishments such as Westin Grand Central, New York Helmsley, and Tarrytown House and Estate, as well as culinary leadership at Ardsley Country Club and Layla Restaurant. Wieler Brian's educational background includes a Bachelor's of Science in Hospitality Management from Florida International University, along with training from The Culinary Institute of America and ongoing studies at the University of Florida.
