Anders Josefsen

Anders Josefsen is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles at FLSmidth, where positions included Senior Vice President and Global Head of Capital Product Lines, overseeing multiple P&L lines and a team of over 850 employees. Anders also served as Senior Vice President for Projects & Upgrades, significantly enhancing profitability and driving substantial order intake growth. In addition to a robust tenure at FLSmidth, Anders is an Advisory Board Member at CCL Scandinavia A/S and a member of VL - Dansk Selskab for Virksomhedsledelse. Leadership roles extended to chairing the boards of FLSmidth Ventomatic and MAAG GEAR. Educational qualifications include executive programs at INSEAD and Henley Business School, complemented by a Master’s in Surveying, Planning & Land Management from Aalborg University.
