Jennifer Ragan

Jennifer Ragan has extensive legal experience, currently serving as Staff Counsel for the CCPOA since June 2008, where responsibilities include representing law enforcement officers in employment and administrative law matters, labor arbitrations, investigations, and civil litigation. Prior to this role, Jennifer worked as an Associate at Powers Miller from January 2003 to May 2008, focusing on insurance defense litigation and representing clients in judicial arbitration and mediations, and at Bolling Walter & Gawthrop from September 2001 to January 2003. Jennifer holds a Juris Doctor degree from St. John's University School of Law, an MBA in Business Administration from California State University-Sacramento, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Washington University in St. Louis.
