Legal Team

The Legal Team at CCPOA provides legal representation and support to over 30,000 correctional peace officers and parole agents in California. They handle a variety of legal matters including employment disputes, disciplinary actions, and workplace safety issues. The team comprises staff counsel, attorneys, paralegals, and legal secretaries who work collaboratively to ensure the rights and interests of CCPOA members are protected.
