Currently serving as a Non Executive Director at CCQ - Country to Coast QLD and Gold Coast Hospital and Health Service, Karen has also held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Translational Research Institute Australia. Previous roles include CEO of Momentum Collective and the Emergency Medicine Foundation, as well as key positions with major organizations such as Slater and Gordon Lawyers and Maurice Blackburn Lawyers. An alumna of Bond University with an MBA and the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Karen is recognized for contributions to social justice and public health initiatives, delivering significant positive outcomes in the communities served.
