Kathy Lindsey

Kathy Lindsey is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Sr Manager of HR & DEI Programs at CCRcorp since June 2023. Prior to this role, Kathy held the position of Human Capital Manager at HII Technical Solutions from January 2017 to February 2023, providing strategic leadership for over 1,000 employees across multiple countries. Kathy also worked as Director of Human Resources & Talent Acquisition at FWG Solutions from January 2015 to December 2016, where responsibilities included defining corporate initiatives for growth and ensuring compliance. Earlier experience includes a tenure at Lockheed Martin from February 2004 to August 2014 as Human Resources Manager, managing HR activities for over 2,300 employees and leading a team of HR business partners. Kathy holds an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management from Louisiana Christian University.
