Ramitha Muralitharan is a versatile professional currently serving as a Research Assistant at CCRW | CCRT since June 2023 and as a Content Writer for the On Canada Project since May 2021. Ramitha has previous experience as a Racial Equity in Education Program Assistant at Urban Alliance on Race Relations and as a Research Analyst at CCRW | CCRT. Notably, Ramitha contributed to McMaster University's MacPherson Institute by developing interdisciplinary research investigations and resources for first-year Science students. Ramitha also gained editorial experience as an Editor for The iScientist and served as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant in the School of Interdisciplinary Science at McMaster University. In the corporate sector, Ramitha held technical roles at CIBC, where responsibilities included improving user experience and consolidating regulatory requirements. Ramitha holds an Honours Bachelor of Science in Life Sciences from McMaster University, completed in April 2022.
