Ashley Dubois

Ashley Dubois started their career in social work as a Direct Support Professional, providing community-based inclusion and employment services to adults with disabilities. Ashley then transitioned into leadership roles within the Way2Work program at Champlain Community Services, Inc., assisting in overseeing programs and supervising staff. Ashley also gained experience in education and served as a substitute teacher/para-educator at Chittenden South Supervisory Union. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from the University of Vermont and an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Community College of Vermont. Ashley has a diverse background in serving individuals with disabilities, education, and customer service roles.
