Richard Hughes III

Richard Hughes III has a diverse work experience across multiple industries. Richard started their career as a Manager at Delancey Street Bagels II in 2007 before moving on to work as a Carpenter at Leamy Construction from 2008 to 2011. In 2012, they joined The Home Depot as an MEA before transitioning to CCS Construction Staffing, where they held various roles. Richard initially worked as a Lead Electrical Recruiter from 2012 to 2014, then became a Recruiting Manager from 2014 to 2018. Finally, they served as a Director of Staffing from 2018 to 2022 and is currently the Vice President of Staffing at CCS Construction Staffing. In their current role, Richard focuses on creating processes, implementing new technologies, and structuring departments to better serve clients and field personnel.

Richard Hughes III obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Criminal Justice from Saint Joseph's University, where they studied from 2007 to 2009. In 2011, they pursued a Human Resources (HR) Certification at Central Piedmont Community College.
