Andrea Checchi

Andrea manages internal operations for CCS’s Mid-Atlantic region and is based out of Washington, DC. She works closely with regional executives to streamline processes and maximize operational efficiency. In addition to her regional responsibilities, Andrea is also the firm-wide trainer for CCS’s survey data collection system. She also liaises with several internal corporate teams including Recruitment, Finance, and CCS Learning, among others.

Andrea is especially passionate about recruiting, training, and retaining talent, and is dedicated to ensuring CCS is a supportive and rewarding place for a diverse group of development professionals. She has channeled this passion into developing an onboarding process tailored to CCS’s Mid-Atlantic team that fits seamlessly into CCS’s firm-wide training program.

Andrea grew up on the outskirts of New York City, and has lived in Washington, DC for the last fifteen years. She is an avid New York Mets fan and is currently on a quest to visit every baseball stadium around the country.
