Senior Vice President at CCS Fundraising

Carolyn McLaughlin is a Senior Vice President at CCS and brings over 15 years of experience working with and within nonprofit organizations in the human services, religious, social and academic sectors. Carolyn has managed projects and teams from small parishes to large international organizations, and has extensive experience advising development strategy, creating value propositions, securing major gifts, and executing annual funds, grants and special events.

Currently leading strategy and operations for the CCS Philadelphia office and team, Carolyn drives marketing, business development and internal operations in multiple geographic markets and across all nonprofit sectors. A key member of the CCS Operations team, Carolyn is privileged to support the strategy and execution of CCS’s vision.

Earlier in her CCS career, Carolyn conducted a mid-campaign review for Habitat for Humanity International’s $4 billion A World of Hope initiative and served as lead director of a system-wide development assessment of The State University of New York and its 64 campuses. Carolyn also provided strategic fundraising counsel for the Archdiocese of Philadelphia’s historic $200 million campaign.

She has been invited to present at local and national industry conferences and roundtables on the topics of philanthropic trends, enhancing annual funds and organizational leadership.

Carolyn received a Master’s Degree in Nonprofit Leadership from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor’s Degree in Religion from La Salle University.

Carolyn is a volunteer for causes supporting open adoption and currently serves on the Endowment Board and Development Committee for St. Agnes Elementary School in West Chester, PA.
