Molly Johnson

Molly Johnson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in nonprofit management and fundraising consulting. Currently serving as Assistant Vice President at CCS Fundraising since July 2021, Molly contributes to the development of sustainable fundraising initiatives for various organizations. Previously, Molly held multiple leadership roles at City Year Chicago, including Senior Director and Impact Operations Director, overseeing operations, compliance, and relationships with key funders, as well as managing a team of AmeriCorps Members to support student success in Chicago Public Schools. Molly also served as a School Programs Manager at Best Buddies International and began the career as a Corps Member at City Year Chicago. Molly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Pre-Professional Health Sciences from the University of Notre Dame and is currently pursuing an MBA with a focus on Economics and Social Impact at the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.
