Tori Johnson

Tori Johnson is a Recruitment Manager at CCS Fundraising. Tori has over two years of experience in enrollment management and has been recognized for their significant impacts on sales goals and innovative candidate promotional strategies.

Before joining CCS Fundraising, Tori worked as an Enrollment Management Administrator at Pearson. In this role, they conducted prospective student interviews, developed long-term enrollment strategies, and established a mature & active recruiting pipeline. Tori also regularly exceeded daily efficiency metrics and led weekly meetings to discuss performance data.

In addition to their work in enrollment management, Tori has also served as the Community Engagement Officer for SPECTRUM (LGBTQIA+) Employee Resource Group. Tori is passionate about diversity and inclusion and is committed to creating an inclusive environment for all.
