Christen Blackwell

Christen Blackwell has over a decade of experience in payroll and benefits management, currently serving as the VP of Payroll & Benefits at CCS from January 2012 to March 2024, where responsibilities include creating and driving strategic direction for payroll operations and developing compensation and benefits programs. Prior to this role, Christen held the position of Accountant II-Payroll Processor at LSU Health Sciences Center from June 2009 to September 2012, managing payroll processing for approximately 3,500 employees and ensuring compliance with various tax obligations. Christen holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from LSU Shreveport.
