Stephen Demanovich

Stephen Demanovich is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in service operations and continuous improvement. Currently serving as President of C&D Industrial Maintenance and a member of the Advisory Board for Service Council™, Stephen plays a vital role in enhancing service innovation and networking among leaders in the industry. Prior to these positions, Stephen was Vice President of Service Operations at Albireo Energy and held various leadership roles at KONE Americas, where significant productivity improvements were achieved through Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Stephen’s career began at Trane, where achievements included overseeing sales operations and winning the Ingersoll Rand President's Award for Operational Excellence. Stephen holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Central Florida and a Bachelor of Arts from Florida Southern College.
