Katarzyna Szwarc

She started her professional career in 2003 as a legal assistant at the management office of Mennica Polska SA with its seat in Warsaw, where in 2006-2007 she was a legal specialist, and then, in 2007-2010, head of the legal department. From 2010 to 2018, she was the director of the legal department of Mennica Polska SA From March 2008 to April 2009 and from December 2009 to April 2013, she was the secretary of the supervisory board of Centrum Nowoczesnych Technologii SA based in Sosnowiec (formerly Energopol Południe SA). Since June 2007, she has been the chairman of the supervisory board of CD PROJEKT SA (still operating under the name Optimus SA until 2011). From March 2008, she was the Secretary, and from June 2018, the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Newag SA.

Katarzyna Szwarc is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and the IESE Business School University of Navarra - Advanced Management Program. Katarzyna Szwarc is a legal advisor entered on the list of the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Warsaw.

Katarzyna Szwarc does not conduct any competitive activity outside the Issuer's enterprise. Katarzyna Szwarc does not participate in any other competitive legal entity as a member of the body. Katarzyna Szwarc is not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register.
