A graduate of English Philology at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. In 2008, he also completed postgraduate studies in Marketing and Management at the Kozminski University.
He developed his professional career, among others in the Egmont Sp. z o. o. (1999-2002) and Axel Springer Polska Sp. z o. o. (2002-2005) - where he collaborated on the creation of magazines in the computer games sector and was responsible for the purchase of game licenses published on CDs attached to monthly magazines.
Since 2005, he has been associated with the CD PROJEKT Group. Since 2008, he has been a member of the Audit Committee of the SPIDOR organization (Association of Producers and Distributors of Entertainment Software), and since 2015, a member of the Management Board of the Polskie Gry Association.
