Since its inception, the leadership team at CD PROJEKT has been composed of highly experienced and educated individuals. The CEO, for example, has experience leading a software development company and holds a degree in computer software engineering from Wroclaw University of Science and Technology. The Chief Development Officer, meanwhile, comes from a background in game development and holds a degree in the same field from the same university. This wealth of experience and knowledge has helped CD PROJEKT become one of the most successful game development studios in the world.
