Frederick Ganster Jr

Frederick Ganster Jr has extensive work experience in environment, health, and safety roles. Frederick is currently serving as the Vice President of Global Environment, Health, Safety, and Sustainability at C&D Technologies since November 2020. Prior to that, they held various positions at Exide Technologies, including Director of Environment, Health, and Safety for the Eastern Region from July 2017 to September 2020, Director of Environment, Health, and Safety for the Recycling Division from July 2011 to July 2017, and Director of Environment, Health, and Safety for the Manufacturing Global Business Unit from November 2011 to June 2017. Prior to joining Exide Technologies, Frederick worked as an Environmental Operations Manager from December 1997 to October 2000 and as an Environmental Technician, Supervisor, and Engineer from February 1993 to December 1997, both at Exide Technologies.

Frederick Ganster Jr completed their Associate's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University in 1990. Later, they went on to earn a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering Technology/Environmental Technology from the same university, graduating in 1992.
