Helen Tovar

Helen Tovar is an experienced legal professional currently serving as General Counsel and Compliance for the CDC Foundation since April 2017. Prior to this role, Helen held positions as General Counsel and Corporate Counsel at National Services Group, Inc. from September 2005 to April 2017. Helen began their legal career as a Law Clerk at Freedom Communications Inc. in late 2004.
