Steven M. Millsap

Steven M. Millsap is a legal professional with extensive experience in corporate governance and compliance. Currently serving as General Counsel, Secretary, and Chief Compliance Officer at Terrestrial Energy since July 2025, Millsap previously held the position of Chief Legal Officer at Virginia Transformer Corp for a brief period in 2025.
