Kaylin Marie White, M.S., is currently an ORISE Fellow at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, having commenced in May 2023. Concurrently, Kaylin is a PhD Graduate Student in Epidemiology at Emory University since August 2021. Previous roles include Clinical Advisor and Clinical Director at MapHabit, where Kaylin led clinical research studies and developed analytical tools for app-based interventions. As a Research and Development Technician at Functional Fluidics, contributions were made in the area of blood diagnostics for Sickle Cell Disease. Kaylin's academic background includes a Master of Science in Pharmacology from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Spelman College, where leadership roles included serving as President of the National Council of Negro Women, Inc. Kaylin's research experience encompasses work with the Howard Hughes Medical Institute and presentations at national conferences.
