Nicole D. Ford is a Senior Epidemiologist at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention since January 2021, focusing on Long COVID and the sequelae of other respiratory viruses. Previously, Ford worked as an Epidemiologist concentrating on cardiovascular health in pregnancy and postpartum individuals. Prior experience includes serving as a Nutrition Scientist at McKing Consulting and holding various positions in global health and nutrition, including postdoctoral research at Emory University and roles in Haiti and other organizations. Ford holds a PhD in Nutrition and Health Sciences and an MPH in Global Health from Emory University, as well as a BA in International Relations and French Language from American University.
