Carolyn Sims

Carolyn Sims has extensive work experience in the financial sector. Carolyn is currently the Chief Financial Officer / Chief Operating Officer at CDC Group plc. Prior to that, they worked at Schroders as the Chief Financial Officer, Wealth Management from 2013 to 2020. From 2007 to 2013, they served as the Chief Financial Officer at Cazenove Capital. Before that, they had a long tenure at Lazard, where they held the positions of UK FD and COO for Global Capital Markets from 1994 to 2007. Carolyn began their career as an Auditor at Touche Ross from 1987 to 1994.

Carolyn Sims has a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Statistics from The University of Edinburgh. Carolyn is also an ACA (Associate Chartered Accountant) from ICAEW (Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales).
