Melanie Hamilton

Melanie Hamilton is an experienced IT Service Delivery Coordinator at CDC Group plc since October 2020. Melanie previously held the position of IT Service Desk Manager at FocalAgent, where responsibilities included delivering a new cloud-based service desk solution and implementing intelligent swarming for support. As IT Service Desk Team Lead at NEL NHS, Melanie co-managed a team of over 20 staff, focusing on performance management and staff development. Prior roles include IT Manager at adam&eveDDB, overseeing support for 850 clients, and IT Service Desk Manager at Princess Productions, where a cloud service desk solution was successfully implemented.
