Mindy Christensen

Mindy Christensen serves as Senior Vice President of Community Development Real Estate Lending at Capital Impact Partners since June 2022 and is a Board Member at Working Solutions Microloans, a nonprofit CDFI supporting entrepreneurs in the San Francisco Bay Area. Mindy has extensive experience in lending and relationship management, having held positions such as Vice President of Lending at RSF Social Finance and Senior Director of Credit at Amalgamated Bank. Previous roles include First Vice President of Commercial Banking at New Resource Bank and Vice President, Senior Credit Products Officer at Bank of America, where significant achievements in market development and portfolio management were accomplished. Mindy began a professional journey in finance with a B.B.A. from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business and participated as a Kiva Fellow in Kenya, demonstrating a commitment to impactful community development.
