Oswaldo Acosta

Oswaldo Acosta is the Director at CDC Small Business Finance. Prior to this, they worked as the Capital Impact Partners, Greater Baybrook Alliance, City First Enterprises, and Impact Hub Baltimore. Oswaldo has also been a Board Member for Stone & Webster, a Washington, DC based company that specializes in privatization and regulation. Furthermore, they have also served on the Board Member of Impact Investment Committee for the Baltimore Community Foundation and as a Member of the Community Investment Council for the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond. Lastly, Oswaldo was the Director of Small Business & Entrepreneurship Programs for the Latino Economic Development Center from July 2015 to February 2019.

Oswaldo Acosta has a MSc in Economic Regulation from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), a MA in Political Economy from University of Essex, a BA in Economics from Tecnológico de Monterrey, and a certification from Stanford University in Energy Innovation and Emerging Technologies.
