Thomas Topuzes is the Director at CDC Small Business Finance. Thomas has over 25 years of experience in the banking and finance industry. Prior to joining CDC, they served as the Organizer and Director at Community Valley Bank. Thomas also has experience working in the public sector, having served as the Regional Administrator for Region IX at the U.S. Small Business Administration.
